傅丽碧，女，1989年6月生，福建莆田人，博士，副研究员，硕士生导师，福建省高层次人才（C类）。2017年6月获中国科学技术大学安全科学与工程专业博士学位；2018年2月获香港城市大学建筑学及土木工程学博士学位。
已主持国家级、省部级等科研项目5项，其中国家自然科学基金青年项目1项、福建省社会科学研究基地重大项目1项、福建省自然科学基金面上项目1项、福建省教育厅中青年教师教育科研项目1项、福州大学人才引进基金项目1项；作为研究骨干参与包括国家科技部973项目、国家重点研发计划项目、国家自然科学基金面上项目等国家级科研项目6项。已发表学术论文50余篇（其中SCI收录论文40余篇），SCI引用1000余次，H因子22；授权发明专利1件，合作出版专著2部。
社会兼职：国家自然科学基金通讯评审专家，全国研究生教育评估监测专家库专家，学术桥评审专家库成员，中国公路学会会员，公共安全科学技术学会会员，中国消防协会会员。担任本领域国际重要SCI期刊《Transportation Research Part C: Emerging Technologies》、《Tunnelling and Underground Space Technology incorporating Trenchless Technology Research》、《Journal of Transport Geography》、《Safety Science》、《Journal of Building Engineering》、《Communications in Nonlinear Science and Numerical Simulation》、《Physica A》、《Scientific Reports》、《Journal of Statistical Mechanics: Theory and Experiment》、《Simulation Modelling Practice and Theory》、《Fire Safety Journal》等的评审专家。
